Deborah A. Smith (Comptroller / HR / Asst. Secretary) dsmith@dickherber.com

Deborah is responsible for the financial management of the corporation, the accounting staff, human resources, and IT operations.  She received a B.A. degree in Business from Lindenwood University and an Associates degrees in Accounting & Liberal Arts from St. Louis Community College.  She joined the company in 1988.

Sandra Schroeder (Asst. to Comptroller) sschroeder@dickherber.com

Sandra is assisting the comptroller in the day-to-day operations, as well as human resources.

Ellie Lawson (Accounting Clerk) elawson@dickherber.com

Ellie is responsible for the accounts payable's, purchase orders, and cash disbursements.

Doris Hernke (Accounting Clerk) dhernke@dickherber.com

Doris is responsible for job costing and the accounts receivable collections.
