Deborah A. Smith (Comptroller / HR / Asst. Secretary) dsmith@dickherber.com

Deborah is responsible for the financial management of the corporation, the accounting staff, human resources, and IT operations.  She received a B.A. degree in Business from Lindenwood University and an Associates degrees in Accounting & Liberal Arts from St. Louis Community College.  She joined the company in 1988.

Janet L. Dauwalter (Accounting Clerk) jdauwalter@dickherber.com 

Janet earned her B.S. in Business Administration from U.M.S.L.  She is responsible for union payroll, accounts receivable billing, and Workmen's Comp claims.  She joined the company in 2002.

Ellie Lawson (Accounting Clerk) elawson@dickherber.com

Ellie is responsible for the accounts payable's, purchase orders, and cash disbursements.  She joined the company in 2008.

Doris Hernke (Accounting Clerk) dhernke@dickherber.com

Doris is responsible for job costing and the accounts receivable collections.  She has an Associates degree in Business Administration & Accounting and is professionally registered with the American Notary Association.  She joined the company in 2000.

Ruth Schulze (Receptionist) rschulze@dickherber.com

Ruth is responsible for the front office operations and all vehicles/equipment reporting.  She joined the company in 2008.
