Kevin J. Knocke, P.E., P.C. (General Manager) kknocke@dickherber.com

Kevin is the General Manager over the commercial, industrial, and design/build departments.  He received his degree in Engineering at the University of Mo. - Rolla in 1986 and his Professional Engineering accreditation in 1992.  Kevin is on the board of directors for the Electrical Board of Missouri and Illinois.  He joined the company in 1989.

Steven E. Benway (Project Manager / Estimator) sbenway@dickherber.com

Steve is responsible for acquiring new projects and seeing them through to fruition.  He has an Associates degree with over 15 years of experience in the electrical industry.  He joined the company in 2005.

Theresa L. Flinn (Administrative Asst.) tflinn@dickherber.com

Theresa is responsible for all customer relations issues, coordination of the commercial department operations, and communications coordinator for the company.  She joined the company in 1993.

Scott Holton (Designer / Estimator) sholton@dickherber.com

Scott is responsible for layout / drafting of our designs in the Design & Build department.  He has an associates degree from Ranken Technical College in electrical systems design.  He joined the company in 2008.

Jeffrey E. Oakley (Project Manager / Estimator) joakley@dickherber.com

Jeff is responsible for acquiring new projects and seeing them through to fruition.  He has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Southwest Missouri State Univ.  He joined the company in 2002.
